📦 How Our Delivery Pricing Works
We offer nationwide delivery across the UK, with flexible options to suit your needs and event date. Delivery pricing is based on your chosen delivery date, urgency, and location.

| Standard Delivery | £7.50 | 2 day delivery window (Mon–Sat), best for early orders |
| Next-Day Delivery | £7.50 | Order by 1PM (Mon–Fri) for next-day delivery (excludes Sundays) |
| Saturday Delivery | £9.95 | Order by 1PM Friday for guaranteed Saturday delivery |
| Timed Delivery | From £14.95 | Specify AM/PM slot or 1-hour window via DHL Express (Mon–Sat) |
Please note: Delivery fees are per order, not per item.
📅 Choose Your Delivery Date
At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date using our interactive calendar. We recommend choosing a date 2 working days before your event to allow for any courier delays.
Example:
Event on Saturday → Choose delivery for Thursday
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday), we strongly suggest selecting a delivery date 3 working days prior to your event.
🚚 How to Use the Shipping Calculator
- Enter your postcode at checkout – our system will display the delivery options and prices available to you.
- Select your preferred delivery date – standard or express options will be shown based on your timing.
- Review your cost breakdown – delivery charges will be clearly itemised before you complete payment.
If you’re unsure or have a custom request, you can always reach out to our customer service team before placing your order.
🧁 Things to Keep in Mind
- We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays and Sundays.
- Someone should ideally be available to receive the cake on the delivery day.
- If no one is in, our couriers may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour (based on your selection at checkout).
- If a timed delivery is missed by the courier, we’ll refund the delivery charge.
