📦 Where’s My Cake?

Once your cake has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or text from DHL. This will include a one-hour delivery window and options to:

• Leave with a neighbour
  
• Leave in a safe place
  
• Redirect to another date or DHL location (not recommended for cakes)
  

If there’s an issue, check with DHL directly or contact us – we’re happy to chase it up!

❗ Urgent Issue or Last-Minute Request?

We understand cake emergencies happen. If you need help with a last-minute change, call us during office hours or send an urgent email with URGENT in the subject line. We’ll do our best to assist.
